What to include
For an order question, include your order number and the email used at checkout. For a product question, include the product name and the detail you need, such as the listed dimensions, capacity, materials, included parts, or care instructions for a makeup brush, holder, storage bag, hair brush, comb, or mirror. Do not include a full card number, security code, password, or other payment credentials.
