Last updated: October 23, 2026. These terms apply to your use of this online store and orders placed through it. The store offers beauty brushes and brush holders, makeup storage, hair brushes and combs, and mirrors. The Refund, Shipping, Payment, and Privacy pages provide additional terms for those subjects.
Using the website
Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, security, or another person’s access. You may not attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, misuse checkout or customer service, or use site content in a way that infringes another person’s rights. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the store, customers, or service providers, subject to applicable law.
Product information and care
Review each product page for the item-specific description and any dimensions, materials, included components, compatibility information, or care instructions provided. For brush cups, holders, or storage bags, compare any stated dimensions and capacity with the tools you plan to store. For brushes and combs, use the listed details to assess suitability; do not assume a particular cosmetic, hair type, or use unless the listing says so. For mirrors, check any stated size and features. Contact us before purchase if a detail needed for your decision is missing. Product colors may look different across screens.
The store is an independent online retailer. Unless a product page expressly says otherwise, the store does not claim to manufacture the products offered or to be affiliated with or endorsed by a third-party brand. Product names and marks remain with their respective owners.
Prices, orders, and availability
Prices and order charges are shown in U.S. dollars unless checkout clearly presents another currency. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed before you submit the order. Standard shipping is currently offered at no charge for supported U.S. destinations; see Shipping for the processing and transit estimates. Product availability, descriptions, and prices may change before an order is submitted.
Submitting an order is a request to purchase. The order confirmation acknowledges receipt; it does not prevent us from correcting a clear listing or pricing error or addressing an item that is unavailable. If we cannot accept or fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund any amount collected for the unfulfilled order promptly. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement. The order details and total shown at checkout before submission govern your purchase, subject to applicable law.
Payment, cancellation, and delivery
Payment methods depend on those presented and available during checkout. Do not send full card credentials by email or telephone. Contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation; a request can be honored only if fulfillment has not progressed too far. After dispatch, an address change or cancellation may no longer be possible. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. If we cannot ship within the time stated when you ordered, we will notify you before that time expires, provide a revised shipment date, and ask whether you agree to the delay. If you do not agree, or we cannot obtain your agreement where required, you may cancel the unshipped order and receive a prompt refund of the amount paid for it.
Returns and statutory rights
You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days after delivery. Approved return shipping is free and no restocking fee is charged. See the full Refund Policy for the request process and refund timing. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Website content and availability
Text, layout, graphics, and other website materials are provided for shopping and informational purposes. Rights in those materials belong to the store or their respective owners. We may update or correct website content and may temporarily suspend parts of the service for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. We do not promise that every page will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Liability and changes
To the extent permitted by law, the store is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or an event outside its reasonable control. This provision does not limit liability where the law prohibits a limitation, or any consumer rights that cannot be waived. We may revise these terms by posting an updated version with a new date. Changes apply prospectively where required by law; the terms and disclosures presented when you place an order remain relevant to that transaction.
