Privacy

Last updated: October 23, 2026. This policy describes how the operator of this online store handles personal information when you browse, contact customer service, or place an order. It should be read with the Terms of Service and Contact Us page.

Information and sources

Depending on your interaction with the store, information may include: (1) contact details such as your name, email address, telephone number, billing address, and delivery address that you provide; (2) order information such as the items ordered, order value, transaction status, delivery details, and return or refund communications; (3) messages and information you choose to send to customer service; and (4) technical and usage information such as IP address, browser and device characteristics, pages or products viewed, referral information, approximate location inferred from network data, and cookie or similar technology identifiers.

We receive information directly from you, from the device and browser used to visit the website, and from service providers involved in operating the storefront, processing a transaction, protecting the service, or delivering an order. Payment details are submitted through checkout and handled by the payment service selected there. We do not ask you to email or telephone us with a full payment card number, security code, or account password.

How information is used

Information may be used to operate and secure the website; display products and maintain a shopping session; take and fulfill an order; arrange shipment; send order, delivery, return, and service messages; respond to questions; process an approved refund or exchange; prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized transactions; maintain accounting and business records; resolve disputes; and meet legal obligations. Where permitted, information may also be used to understand storefront performance and improve product descriptions, navigation, and customer support.

When advertising or measurement tools are used, such as Google Ads, conversion tracking, remarketing, Google Analytics, or enhanced conversions, the relevant provider may receive online identifiers or event information to measure activity, attribute an order, or deliver advertising. The tools used and choices available depend on the storefront settings and applicable law. A privacy notice does not replace any consent required for non-essential cookies or personalized advertising.

Reasons for using information

We use information as permitted by applicable U.S. privacy law to complete purchases and provide services you request, meet legal obligations, protect the website and transactions against fraud or misuse, and support legitimate business operations such as security, recordkeeping, and dispute resolution. Optional advertising or analytics use depends on the tools in use and your choices where required by law. If we rely on your consent for a particular use, you may withdraw it where applicable law provides.

Cookies and similar technologies

The storefront and its service providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, or similar technologies. Some technologies support core functions such as cart continuity, security, and checkout. Other technologies may remember preferences or, if configured and permitted, measure visits or support advertising. The exact technologies and choices presented can depend on the storefront configuration, your browser, and applicable law.

You can manage cookies through browser controls, although blocking a cookie used for cart or security functions can affect the site. Where a consent control is presented or required, your selection governs the non-essential technologies covered by that control. Browser privacy signals and opt-out requests are addressed below. A browser setting by itself may not remove information already held by a service provider.

When information is disclosed

Information may be disclosed to service providers that support the hosted storefront, payment processing, order administration, shipment and delivery, customer communications, website security, fraud prevention, or other necessary business operations. Those providers may use information to provide their services and as otherwise permitted by their terms and law. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or valid legal process, to protect rights or safety, to investigate suspected fraud or security issues, or as part of a business reorganization subject to applicable safeguards.

If applicable law gives you a right to opt out of sale, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, or targeted advertising, you may submit that request using the methods below. We will apply the request to the activity and information covered by the law.

Retention and security

We keep information for the period reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to complete an order, provide support, administer a return, maintain tax and accounting records, address a dispute, prevent fraud, and satisfy legal obligations. Different records may have different retention periods. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted, de-identified, or securely retained only where a legal or operational reason permits continued retention.

Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used to protect information. No website, transmission, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Please use a unique password where an account is offered and contact us promptly if you believe an order or account has been used without authorization.

Service providers may process or store information in the United States or other locations where they operate. Where a transfer-protection rule applies, we use the safeguards required by applicable law.

U.S. state privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to confirm processing, access or obtain a copy of certain personal information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, receive portable information, and opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, or profiling. California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), including rights to know, access, correct, delete, and obtain portable information; opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising; limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information where applicable; and not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising a right. These rights depend on the law that applies and are subject to legal exceptions and verification requirements.

How to submit a request, use an agent, or appeal

Email support@blevanto.it.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject, or call +1 (713) 568-4587. Tell us the right you want to exercise and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant records. We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity. For a California request to know, delete, or correct, we will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If more time is reasonably needed, we may extend the response period once by up to 45 additional calendar days and will notify you of the extension and reason. We will respond to an applicable opt-out request as soon as feasible and within the time required by law. You do not need to create an account to submit a request.

Where law allows, an authorized agent may submit a request for you. We may ask the agent for proof of authorization and may separately verify your identity. If we deny a request and the applicable law gives you an appeal right, reply to our decision and write “Privacy Appeal” in the subject. We will review the appeal and explain the result and any further complaint route available under that law.

Global Privacy Control and opt-outs

Where required by applicable law, we will treat a valid Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal or other recognized browser-based opt-out preference as a request to opt out of sale or sharing or targeted advertising, as applicable to the signal and the browser or device. You may also use the Your Privacy Choices page to submit a browser opt-out and, if you choose, an account-linked request, or email us using the address above.

Children, changes, and contact

This store is intended for general shoppers and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13 without legally required authorization. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review it. We may update this policy when practices or legal requirements change; the date above identifies the latest revision.

If you believe your privacy rights have not been honored, you may contact us using the information above and may also submit a complaint to the California Privacy Protection Agency or the California Attorney General, or to the privacy regulator in your state, where applicable. For other privacy questions, contact us at support@blevanto.it.com or +1 (713) 568-4587, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (store local time). The mailing address, if needed for a communication, appears on Contact Us and is not a return location.
